Opti-Scam, Optiscore, Opti-Score, Opti-Scammed

These people should be embarrassed.. The CEO is abusive to his employees, and doesn't pay his employees. I worked for them for over 4 months. The first week I got paid on time, second week they made me wait till monday to get paid, and every week after that we all had to wait 2-3 weeks to get even 1 of the 3 paychecks we were owed. The CEO "David Masten" once forced an employee out the door while humiliating him infront of everyone in the office, screaming, pushing him, throwing his bag out the door. I've been waiting almost 2 months for my last check of $1,000.00, getting the run around since I quit because they wouldn't pay it and kept telling me "Tomorrow, i'll have your check". Todd Bierman, David Mastens CIO, is the guy who gives the run around for him, he's terrorfied of David, I asked him once if he could write my check for me so I could pay my bills and he literally almost cried, asking me to call David for it (even though he is a partner in the company and is allowed to write checks). Not to say he's not a scam artist himself, he once made me believe that a few people in the office were not getting paid because money was tight and asked if i'd give up my check for the week and get paid the next week so they can get paid because they have families that depended on it and I didn't have any kids, so I said fine and held off on one check, but then it became 2 which became 3 checks, and the others were not paid either. I told him that if he didn't pay me (last month) that i'd goto the Department of Labor, but he told me if I did he would make sure that I either never see a penny, or he'd deny I ever worked there (since everyone was getting paid off the books, which I discovered when other people who have been there longer than me said they never received a 1099 and never got any taxes taken out). I'm tired of waiting, and the threats, anyone know of anything I can do?
