Hot Water Heater Sears Warrenton, Vi 20187 US We purchased a new hot water heater from Sears in Feb., 2009. Today we had no hot water for the 2nd time since the purchase. When we called to schedule a repair, we were told the first available appointment was Friday, Aug. 28th. We find it unsatisfactory to wait 48 hours for repair as this involves basic sanitation and obviously the installation or hot water heater is defective. We consulted the local store and called a customer complaint number with no results. We still have to wait until Friday for the repair. In addition, the original person that we spoke with failed to call us back.
