Estimated cost of services and stated charges were grossly inaccurate

Ace Relocation Representative stated that there would be a minimum charge of 3 hours for the drivers. Upon completion of delivery, drivers said they were instructed to collect for a minimum of 4 hours (@$101/hr). Ace Relocation Representative stated (and the estimate cost of services indicated)that there would be a disposal charge of $50 per ton. The actual disposal charge for 1280 lbs was $110. Ace Relocation Services General Manager agreed to lower the minimum hourly charge to 3 hours but refused to do anything about the misquoted charge for disposal.
