Dryer Will Not Run

Dryer purchased 11/06 will not run. Same problem as many complaints on e-complaints. Push the button, lights are on, it beeps, but drum will not turn and motor does not come on. Called Sears, and they cannot come for more than 2 weeks!! Basic charge just to look at it is $129. Also had problem with Kenmore Refrigerator purchased same time, but that was taken care of under recall. I will never buy another Kenmore applience. The product is inferior, price is high and service is extremely poor. The guys that installed the washer/dryer did not know what they were doing and were supposed to reverse to doors, but they didn't know how. I hope I can reach enough people to let them know about the poor service,product and installation.
