Amazon.com

Amazon.com has been very dishonest with me. A customer actually ordered the wrong book and Amazon.com has tried to blame me for it. Amazon.com is trying to take my book and charge me for it.

An Amazon.com representative told me that she would put a lien on my vehicle if I did not refund the money for the book. She also told me that I would be arrested.

I have reported Amazon.com to the Federal Trade Commission. I am also considering legal action against Amazon.com. If Amazon.com tries to take advantage of you then you can file a report with the Federal Trade Commission. I have listed the email address and phone number for the Federal Trade Commission below.
