Eye Cream Eyepothesis 6205 Lookout Road, Unit D Boulder, CO 80301 US http://eyepothesis.com/ I ordered an eye cream product, but had changed my mind. When I received the package a week ago, I marked it as "Return to Sender" without opening the package. When I checked my bank account today to see if my account had been credited. Since it wasn't I called to see if they would fix it. I was told that I was not eligible for a refund since I didn't follow the return policy located inside the package with the return label. I did not open the package because I knew I would have to pay postage at the post office. I always understood if services/goods were not received (in this case, it was refused) I should get a refund. I don't see why I should pay $78.41 for a vial of eye cream I've never even seen or touched. It was returned within the 10 days. I wish I had looked at them prior to being scammed into ordering their "sample" product for $1.00. I, too, cancelled in plenty of time (less than 7 days) and received a message: Your Eyepothesis account has been successfully cancelled: Your confirmation number is: ...... Your card will be charged $19.41 USD today, but after that, you will not receive any future shipments or charges on your credit card. You can keep the entire package that was already sent to you on January 18. This was on January 22. I have mailed the sample back to the company certified so that they have to sign upon receipt. I have complained to the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB. I have tried to call multiple times and all I get is a network busy signal. How does a company continue to operate in this manner with so many complaints? Who do you need to contact that actually will do something to prevent more damages? I called and was told that I was not allowed a refundtoo. I told well send it back to me , if I already paid for it. They sent it back with a phone number on the outside the package to call before you send it back,so I did and still I was told that I can't get my refund . I sent it back to late to get my money back. I had to pay the postage to send it back.
