Nokia pathetic service, no customer value!

Nokia 5800 Express Music IN I'd bought Nokia 5800 Express Music in mid January. To begin with it was working fine, then after about 3 months it started giving problems such as it would not ring when there is a new message, would hang etc. I took it to Nokia Care they updated the firmware, asked me to format my memory card. It worked, the phone again started to function normally. Again in few days it started giving problem, I again took it to Nokia Care and they did the same as last time so it started working fine. Yet again there were problems like call dropping and restarting of phone on its own. I again took it to Nokia Care; they again did the same thing and promised me that they would send it for replacement if problem persists. In no time I again had to visit Nokia Care with more and newer problems. They kept the phone with them for above 15 days and one fine day called and asked me to collect â??the repaired phoneâ??. I was annoyed to hear this as I'd asked for a replacement, to which they said its at companyâ??s discretion whether or not to provide replacement. Nokia was such a brand which you could trust blindfolded but not anymore for me. I have been troubled ever since these problems started to occur. Itâ??s like a biweekly activity to visit Nokia Care, as if itâ??s some kind of leisure. Nokia has no value for customerâ??s money. Investing in expensive phones gives you such a treatment! What is the point of launching such a phone when you canâ??t provide the service rather trouble the customers and annoy them with the silly excuses. What is the point of keeping the phone when again Iâ??d have to keep on going back to Nokia Care and for that matter Iâ??d not bought the phone to keep going back to Nokia Care. Leave all your work aside and keep running in the hope that your phone would work properly someday. I need a replacement for my phone and thatâ??s all I want.
