Did Purchase product from our company one lot of Sterling Silver overlay and CZ Journey Pendant Paid Special Price of $5.99 Each and Free shipping. Also because he paid by e-check we let him slide on the fact that the special was over.

His invoice for the lot came to $71.88

Because He states that walmart in Canada sells the item for $19.99 that we somehow did wrong by him. He somehow thinks it is okay to deafame our company.

Let it be known that we did ask Mr, Fitzsimmons what he would like us to do to make him happy. His response was nothing. and proceeds to post slander about our company. Telling lies that he paid $7.95 for product and that the quality was poor due to his opinion. That he was mislead by advertising that this was ovestock from high end store. Which was never in the ad.

I am not saying that customers should not have there say if you believe you have been wronged by a company, but in this case buyers expectations were very high . As if he doubled his money that should have been great.
