Bad Service from Service Center

I had logged a complaint at Whirlpool service center for problem in my water purifier, which was making noise and discharging water even when the power was switched off, the compliant was logged by the service center and they told us that 1 engineer will address our problem but since we been contacting service center and every time they delay it by one day. We even logged compliant at the call center but even after there assurance the call is still not addressed. its being almost 10 days that Service center and call center people are making fool of us. We were having Samsung appliance prior to going for Whirlpool applicances the service of Samsung was really good. I am really sad with the poor response of whirlpool service. I would not recommend whirlpool to anyone.
