THEY SELL TOP DOLLAR JUNK!!!....DONT EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR INFERIOR PRODUCTS...AND CHARGE WAYY TOO MUCH MONEY...VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED..IVE PURCHASED 2 RECLINERS FROM THEM, BOTH ARE VERY INFERIOR PRODUCTS...WHAT A WASTE OF 2 THOUSAND DOLLARS!!!

Thats nothing I purchase a power recliner fifteen months ago and it has broken down twice, once I paid for the repair... now it's broke for a third time. JUNK, Shame on them, However "what goes around comes around"

My wife and I purchased two "top quality" Berkline recliners and in less then 3 years they are going to the dump. The foam collasped and the seat area is so bad there are visable dents. Berkline's answer was to send us (at our expense) replacement foam which we would then have to take to an upholsterer and (at our expense)have it replaced. Their 5 year warranty is a joke. Never buy Berkline friends. You will regret it.
