out of control Exxon employee

An Exxon employee lori the assistant manager at 290 between oak hill and austin, texas was very rude to me THE MOMENT I WALKED INTO THE GAS STATION TO THE COLA MACHINE on the morning of august 13, 2009. SHE IMEDIATELY GOT IN MY FACE and said: YOUR GONNA HAVE TO PAY FOUR TIMES THE NEW COST PRICE FOR YOUR REFILL THURMOS. And i had my own plastic container that i brought in myself. Then she inspected my thurmos container inside and out while giving me terrable looks. And harrassing me the whole time i was by the cola machine. Then she was telling the station manager out loud that they should charge me SIX TIMES THE NEW COST PRICE OF DRINK INFRONT OF CUSTOMERS AND BEING VERY MEAN AT THE CASH REGISTER. so, its obvious, and everyone could see LORI DOESNT HAVE ANY PROFESSIONAL MANNERS AT ALL. Later i complained to the gas station manager of how rediculous she is and that is a termination offense of how she was so mean to me, the manager didnt care and still has not written up a report on her. And he doesnt even care that her employment should be terminated from Exxon corporation. i am so discusted and i am going to report this to every organization because she out of control and offending and making people very mad.
