Unsatisfactory service

Chevy was brought in to find out why the windows didn't work. Passenger side and driver side windows were up when brought in. When returned the drivers window was down a little being said they couldn't get it back up and the inside of the drivers door was cracked and not in tact(not the way it was when brought in). After admitting they did the damage and ready to order a new panel it was then denied by Chevy. On top of this, I paid $210.00 for them to take the panels off and put them back on; which of course my check was put through.
