Unlocked Blackberry 8310 sold

I bought a blackberry 8310 from this company on 16th August 2009. While placing the order, It was promised to me that this product is brand new and the boz would carry a seal of the manufacturer.

To my surprise I found out that the phone they sold to me was an unlocked phone originally of AT&T in the US. I bought a blackberry not only to use the voice features but also the blackberry fuction of the phone hence got the blackberry service activated from my service provider.

While I can make and receive phone calls I am unable to use the blackberry features of this phone as the data services are locked. I’ve tried all options with my service provider (Vodafone Delhi) however he phone does not work. i paid 11.5K for this phone in which i can not use any data feature (eg. email, GPS, internet etc).

I have been trying to call your office numbers continously for days however no one picks up the phone. i have sent them a few emails however no one has responded till yet. i am extremely annoyed with this company and would never suggest ANYONE for buy ANYTHING for these bunch of crooks.
