Terrible customer service

children's dentist children's dental care of norwalk 10 mott ave norwalk, ct 06850 US Dr. Cy Ward, DMD treated me and my five year old terribly because we didn't have dental insurance. He told my son to get out and wait in the waiting room while he spoke to me. His nurse had actually taken me inside to see him when he escorted us out and then asked me to walk to his office where he explain all his charges and if i wanted to re-schedule. I was devastated and disgusted about his improper customer service that I didn't stay for my son to see him. I am horrified as how a Dentist can get away with this behavior and hope to let others know of his bad practices.
