Can't return easily - poor Web site

There's something very shady about this business. I cancelled my account and returned some jewelry to the address under the Returns & Exchanges link on their Web site. I sent it via certified mail, and it came back to me today.

When you call them, they tell you to send it do a different address, the one I listed above. Meanwhile, I am wasting money on certified mail and they have my credit card number and keep charging me for jewelry I am not using.

Do not purchase jewelry from this company. The return process is convoluted and misleading.
