Boost Mobile Sucks

I have been a customer of boost mobile for over a year. my current phone is the Krzr, which is a crap phone that has been giving me issues since I got it (beside the point). I purchased the Motorola I465 Clutch for &140.00 as a replacement but later was told that I cant even use the new phone with my current phone number because the new phone was on the nextel towers and my phone was one the sprint towers and since the two split, I would have to obtain a new phone number in order to use the phone. Now onto issue #2, boost offered to send me a replacement C290 and told me that it would take 7-9days. I have been dealing with having a messed up phone for over a week and when I called to check on the status of the order today I was told that it had been delivered. The fedex tracking information confirms that the package was left on my front doorstep with no signature required. Well, it wasnt there when I came home. I called boostmobile to complain, I was told they could do nothing about this for me because they are only allowed to ship one free replacement phone a year. Also, that they are not responsible for this because it is not them who sends it out, its motorola. Well, I phoned motorola and they told me that the package came from indianapolis, indiana and they do not have a distribution center there, so it had to ship from boost mobile. so after more than a week of wasted time, I threw away $140.00 on a crappy boost mobile phone I cant even use, boost mobile is refusing to re-replace the phone I never received, and I am stuck with a phone that does not function properly. F*** Boost Mobile
