Auto Page- Worst service I have ever experienced

It has been almost three weeks now that I can't send out any sms's. I have phoned Auto Page almost every day. Believe it or not not even the Head office can help me with this problem. The agents swear to phone you back, but you wait and wait.

This is not the first problem i have expierienced with Auto Page. When I did my port from Vodacom to Cell C it took almost a week before I was online again. And yes I had to go back and phone them every day. A couple of months after that they just cut me off for no reason and again I waited for a week and had to phone them almost every day.

This is just unexceptable!!!!!!!!

Do you give your employers training??? It sure does not look like it.
