bad service provided by nokia company

hello sir,

i had puirchase a handset of nokia 1209 on drate 27/09/08sir i have a problem of auto off on thisw handset i had subimitted this handset four times to nokia care from june to august on same problem but the problem was not resolved by company .acc. to rule i9f the problem was not repaired in two time then company had provided a new handset but the company is not giving the handset and send back the same hanset again and again without repairing
