Verizon wireless merge with Alltel

Verizon wireless merge with Alltel WARNING!!! To Whom It May Concern: When Verizon Wireless merged with Alltel, I had a credit balance (from Alltel) of $85.99 and a July bill of $1.52 for fees, taxes leaving the credit balance of $84.47. Upon receiving the August bill, the credit balance has been completely wiped out and a bill of $1.52 charged again for fees, taxes. After finally getting to talk to a customer representative for almost an hour (most of that time was on hold) I got absolutely no satisfaction. I don't know how many other customers may have had this problem but I'm sure I'm not the only one. The recording I listened to while on hold repeatedly stated how the customer was Verizon's top priority...do I believe that, now? No way! My experience indicates they are no than a bunch of thieves. I have been getting a statement that I had a credit for $95.76 which I deam to be approxamitely correct and now Verizon has wiped it to $0.00 and claims that I had overages... I have not had a phone with them and all the phones I ported out were 1 to 2 years beyond contract..
