Sprint and their HORRIBLE "customer Service"

Me and my husband both have Sprint phones on the family plan. His phone has worked fine, just a few things here and there that mess up but he doesn't call and complain because he's not like that. I on the other hand have not been able to recieve text messages for 2 months now. Sprint isn't do much about it and it's ticking me off. I called one night and the lady said she'd put a $50 credit on my account. Later called back and there was no note on my account or anything about the credit. Then one lady was suppose to put an order on my accoutn so I could take it to a Sprint store. Went to the Sprint store and they said I don't know why Sprint keeps sending their customers here, we can't help you. They know that! UGH!!! Thought it was over? It's not! I call them back AGAIN!!!! The lady put in an order for the Tech people to review it, they'll give me a call back in 5 days to see if it's working or not. I call them BACK YET AGAIN and told them I was VERY unsatisfired with the way this was being handled and explained my reasoning she said I'll put a note in your account, thank you have a nice day.... AND HUNG UP ON ME!!!

Note my reasoning for being this frustrated ... and I've explained to Sprint with no sympathy from them ... I have a deaf 20 year old sister and text messaging is the only way I can keep in contact with her! They didn't care! Not their problem, I bet there phones work with no problem and if they do have one, I bet it gets fixed right away!!! I'm so fed up. I want to cancel but then they tack on those cancelation fees ... and for 2 phones for us!

FED UP WITH SPRINT!!!

Don't know who else to contact about it because no one is trying to help me ... ANY ADVICE????
