Lousy Customer Service x 2

Twice now the employees at Ritz Camera have not known their product and have been just lazy. The first occurrence was right before I took a trip to europe. I brought in my cameras' batteries to get another set, handed them to the employee and said I need one of each. Both were the wrong battery. The same size and look but incompatible. The second time they sold me the wrong protective lens. Once again they didn't read my measurement correctly. This is getting beyond frustrating. Neither incident was reimbursed in the slightest, nor given much concern. They apparently are just illiterate and okay with that.
