Improper Service

I hired this company to clean my dryer vent as is required by my condominum association every two years. My dryer vents through the attic. When they came they never went into the attic and only cleaned behind the dryer. It was later determined by another company that there was a break in my dryer vent for some time and it was venting into my ceiling. McPuff failed to detect the break and do the job properly putting my family in danger due to the risk of fire. Do not hire this company.
