I tried to buy a car from them today through the cash for clunkers program. Within minutes of telling me they're no longer honoring clunkers deal, the manager came out to try to offer a "lower" price for me. When I refused, he began yelling at me & accused me of attempting to commit fraud. This was absolutely unprofessional & the worst experience I've had while car shopping. I'd never dream of yelling at & degrading a customer but then again I'm not "Courtesy Kia" Stay away from this dealership. Bald Hill Kia in Warwick is far more pleasant to deal with.
