Chase Bank Manager needs to learn customer service

banking Chase Monroe Ave, Branch 000194 Rochester, Ne US www.chase.com Bank Manager, Jan Van Houter created her own policy regarding the number of deposit slips customers may take at one time. She told me I must get in line each month and request a slip each time. I asked her if this was Chase policy and she said yes, which is a complete lie. Ten minutes later I drove to the branch down the road and received a stack from the very friendly and well trained reps at the Chase Brighton NY branch. Ms. Van Houter is a customer service idiot and should be relieved of her position immediately for the sake of Chase's reputation. I would advise everyone to avoid the Monroe/Goodman branch, unless you would like to be treated as a second class citizen.
