This company is unethical, not customer service oriented. They will sale you anything under the sun, even call you several times to make sure you will buy the service, but once you buy it- you can never cancel the service again. I sign up with this company in April of 2008. In November of 2008 I stopped using the service but they keep charging me $57.95 a month. I do not agree with merchant charges because: 1.I have stopped using this account in November 2008 I tried several times to log in into my account but it was not accepting my password. Once I tried to reset my password the system kick me out and from that point I was not able to log in into the account because I was not providing the correct answer for the security question. My only option was to call. 2. On January 19 2009 I have called customer service of Vendio at 18772588488. I spoke to Judy at the time at after describing my problem, she confirm that my account will be close in 24 hours, no charge will be made 3. In February 2009 I called Vendio's customer line again as they have made a new charge on the account. The man on the phone did not give me a name but told me that they will submit my account cancellation to billing and they will have that close for me. 4. More charges keep appearing on my card for SERVICE I DON'T USE AS I AM UNABLE TO LOG IN INTO THAT ACCOUNT FROM NOVEMBER 2008 5. How am I supposed to cancel this service online when I cannot even log in? 6. Every time I call I get the "sure, we will take care of this for you" but they never take care of the problem for me 7. In the paperwork submitted from Judy Petterson, the phone number listed as 16502933528 is DISCONNECTED- how I am suppose to call those people and get this service canceled. 8. Today August 21, 2009 I called the customer service line again and after speaking to Arlen and couple other guys- they did not provide me with a name, I get the same answer- I AM SUPPOSE TO LOG IN INTO THE ACCOUNT AND CANCELED THE SERVICE. I cannot log in as their system keep kicking me out- is that a twisted way to get money from people? Not allowing them to cancel a service they have not used for 10 months?! I want my money back for the charges this company made for the past 4 months of $57.95 each from Vendio. A copy of this letter will be submitted to the attorney general's office.
