MTNL Landline 26641488

I have been using MTNL phone number 26641488 which does not work for one week once a month and when we complaint about it at customer service numebr 22221500/ 1500, the only reply we get is a fixed complaint numebr which is 46910000 and the reply is that we do not know when your problem will be solved or visit nearest Sanchar Haat. I hope you understand it is not feasible to visit Sanchar haat on weekdays as tehy do not work on weekends. Also when the person from Sanchaar haat visits home to rectify the error, he asks for a Rs. 100/- which means a bribe. This happens atleast once a month. Please help us with this. Also MTNl does not listens to our request of disconnection.
