HI! Sears complaints

Ths month my husband and I purchased a front loader gas dryer from the Sears store in Lawton, Ok. we moved here this month from Houston my husband is in the military. Anyways we had a Whirlpool frontloader washer/dryer duet on pedistals and&#160with a topper he set is only a year old. In our house in Pearland, Tx. we had&#160a gas dryer when we moved into this new&#160house in Lawton, OK. we purchased an electric dryer because this house you can not use a gas dryer. We went to a Sears store here and the&#160bought the new drye from a lady by the name of Janet anyways she told us that when the&#160guy's delivered the new dryer they would take and put the new dryer on our pedistals that we already had and that we did not need to buy anything new for that. OK fine we thought we we're all set then the Sears delivery guys came out whom we're very rude they lacked highy in customer care tactics and we we're told the minute the guy came into the house he said can I see where

your dryer and washer are at I said sure right this way I showed him righ away rudly he said I don't think that is&#160the dryer&#160we have on our truck we waited over one week for our dryer to be&#160delivered which I thought was lousy service to begin with then he tells me that right away it set he tone for me to want to tell him to please take your dryer back but I didn't I took it sorrily too. He said they did not put a new dryer on an old pedistal and&#160we told him what&#160the lady at te store said and he&#160still would not do as she told us they would do!!!&#160 The point I am making is our pedistals are only 1 year old and we we're told that since it was old they would not put a new dryer on just a year old pedistal. This is the craziest thing I have ever heard of in my life. I feel that Sears is making a killing off of people by doing this sort of thing. These front loaders are a very very high dollar item and when we are tod this we feel that we have been

treated very&#160bad by&#160the Sears store and also&#160by the delivery guy's as well. It&#160is obviou to me that you do not stand by what you SELL or you would not have an issue by putting your NEW DRYER ON AN ONLY ONE YEAR OLD PEDISTAL!!! Since this has happened to my husband Glenn Kozak and myself Terri Kozak we will never be buying anything from Sears again and that is too bad you will be losing great&#160customers we have bought alot of&#160appliances from you the past 20&#160years that we have been married but we won't be back to Sears!!!

Sincerly,

Terri

I feel you should make this right by us!!!

Have A Nice Day!
