Experian credit aggency
|
US I have innacurate information on my credit report that is affecting my credit score, and my life due to lack of communication and effectiveness of disputing with the agency.Under my report it states that I have filled bankruptcy. I have never filled bankruptcy, and now I have to spend hours upon hours trying to fix something that I never did, and who is responsible for this problem. And why does the consumer have to fix what the company is responsible for.If I filled bankruptcy why doesn't it show it on my other two reports.I have previously filled disputes on most of these cases and now they are showing up as bankruptcies. How do I fix what should have never been on there. I have called the agency, used a free seven day trial of another company, and tried the company web site. I have gotten no where. The people on the phone tell me it is my problem and I need a report number which I never had, and they can not give me?
