My family took holidays to U.S. It was mentioned on brochure that the stay in Sanfransisco shall be in Hotel Hilton or equivalent. Instead we were put in hotel called Whitcomb. This is highly substandard hotel compared to Hilton. We were told that Hilton had conference & was full. But the explanation is not correct as there was another holtel Holiday Inn just 50 metres away. I had personally checked that enough rooms were available there.
