TXU of Texas Energy..............(COMPLAINT)

We moved here to Texas in February and set up with txu, and they told us we had great&#160 credit and they put us on the premium package and average monthly billing. So the first three months our bill was 220.00 a month. Then in June they bill us 302.00 dollars and we called to find out why our bill went up, They say well you are not on average billing and no one would help us, Then in July our bill was 449.00 dollars and we called again and they said they would go back and listen to the taped conversation when we first set up our account and see if we were on average monthly billing, They called us back and said yes

you are on average monthly billing and we made the mistake! and we will credit your account, so we thought&#160that should take care of it. No it did not, The next bill (this month) our bill is 377.00 dollars and we call in again.&#160They said sorry you are not on average monthly billing and no credit was going to be giving.

I feel like we have been cheated and treated very badly and we want some explanations and credits toward our bill
