Motorola Phone Hardware Issue

Motorola BT50 Motorola US www.motorola.com I have experienced many hardware issues with this model of phone. 3 weeks after I bought it, the screen froze and then did not work. After about 20 minutes, multi-colored lines crossed the screen and I had to get it replaced. I got a new Motorola BT50 phone for free (under warrenty) and everything was fine until about 10 months after that. The screen began to freeze again and the number 7 kept repeating. It was still under warrenty so I got it replaced. Needless to say, this is an internal product failure, which undoubtedly hurts the company more than me. I doubt I will purchase more Motorola phones in the future.
