Failure to Deliver Product

I ordered cell phones for my son and me from EDT International and was going to start a home based business o market the phone and the calling service to people who were looking for this type of service and pricing. This was over 3 months ago and to date I have not received the phones nor have I been able to get a response from anyone in the company. I want my money back.
