Complaint against the Texas Attorney General office

Complaint against the Texas Attorney General office The Texas Attorney General office has allowed a water provider to over 800 residents unsafe drinking water for over a year. The residents of Thunderbird Bay, Harbor Point and Tamarack Mountain of Lake Brownwood located in Brown County have now been under a BOIL WATER NOTICE FOR OVER A YEAR. The boil water notice was put in place in July of 2008.
The water provider, Charles Schram 111, owner of Thunderbird Bay Water Services has been under compliance orders from TCEQ since at least December of 1999. To this date, the water pressure issues have not been fixed nor has a new water plant been built that the home owners have been paying for in the form of a surcharge levied on us by TCEQ to provide the funds for the improvements. In another words, THE STATE OF TEXAS. But it appears they can not make Mr. Schram comply with the compliance orders.
What form of help or advice can you give us?
