Order placed and wrong item was shipped - tried contacting the company with no response via email, phone and help desk ticket. I finally received response when I disputed the charge. Their website was wrong which they corrected correctly but would not ship out the correct item till I shipped them back the item. I refuse since it was their mistake. They did finally send me a UPS return label and item was shipped back. Charges were reversed on credit card because company told them they did not received the item back. I sent numerous emails to them again with not response again. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I let them no this and they issued me a credit return but only for the item and not the shipping. I had to order the part from another company because of this issue. I would never order from this company again and I will be letting all my boaters friends not about this issue.
