Power leveling for World of Warcraft

I purchased power leveling, my son's account was to be leveled to 70 within six days and nothing. We contacted them and they said we gave them the wrong password, gave them the password again and still nothing. We contacted them again and the same story about the password being wrong. They would not answer my repeated question as to why I wasn't contacted if there was an access issue. They also at one point said the account was being worked on as we spoke and it was at a level 12, and it was a lie. They couldn't tell me why the work wasn't being done when I insisted the password was correct and that maybe their worker was lying to them. I demanded a refund and they would not give it. I had paid for the leveling via paypal....I had put money on my paypal account with my visa. Paypal wouldn't do anything to retreive my money. Thankfully my credit company did and I got my refund.
