Capital One Harassment

Capital One is harassing me and my family. They call myself and family members everyday of the week more than 5-10 times a day from a variety of different phone numbers. 888-748-4956, 800-955-6600,757-483-4840. They have left me in a bind. Now my family members are questioning me about my personal business with capital one. They need to stop.

We also have had Capital One calling our household several times a day, everyday. My son was late on one payment and, even though he is caught up and has made all payments since on time, they still continue to call. I'm really getting annoyed! Is there any way to get them to stop- short of changing our phone number?

I recently lost my job and got behind a month on my payments and now capital one will not leave me alone.They call 10 times a day.Iam caught up now and they still call and harrass me.I finaly told them if they didnt stop calling I would change my phone number and they would never contact me again.Sometimes I wish it would go to collections so the interset would stop!!!
