T-Mobile Flex Pay Refund

I Cancelled my THREE Flex "pay as you go" phone lines WELL BEFORE THE END OF THE MONTHLY service period.

I ALSO cancelled the Flex pay feature (which automatically took the payments from my checking account) -- since no SANE individual pays for services they KNOW they won't be receiving.

Needless to say, the $205 payment for the three phones WAS STILL taken from my checking account.

NOW CAME THE FUN: the FIRST call I placed to complain about this resulted in a representative telling me that the charge would be REVERSED within 24 hours. After I waited the 24 hours, I called back only to be told by Rep. #2 that it would take TEN days. I then asked to speak to a Supervisor only to be told that I needed to get a copy of my Bank statement and fax it SOMEWHERE. I say SOMEWHERE because I chose NOT to take the fax number. I do not feel like playing this "round and round the mulberry bush" game.

I see from Complaints.com that I am not the ONLY person this happened to.

I won't be waiting 5 months for a refund as one of the other complainers has had to do. I choose a different solution.

I will be going to my financial institution TOMORROW and signing an affidavit of fraud against T-Mobile - since they took funds from my account WITHOUT my authorization.

T-Mobile will then have the option of disputing MY dispute. I DARE THEM TO TRY!!!
