Raddison Hotels

I have 2 complaints about this hotel. First on their web site they claim to have free Internet. However, when you go there, they charge you $19.99 for it. Second, they give you a drink coupoon to use at the bar. However, when you try to use it, they don't accept it. Their written policy is 100 percent satisfaction or you don't pay. I told them that I wanted a refund because I was humiliated by their treatment. All they did was send me 2 coupons for their hotel, which I would never use.
