Paradise Decks and Spa defiantly not Paradise

I paid $20,800.00 for standard deck. They used "premier" product that is warranted for 30+ years....its been 3 1/2 years and the product is warped, faded and mismatched. They came out and made promises to fix or replace for free until the owner said he would replace some of it at my cost! The owner has never come out to see my deck. His own employees said they used foundation wood for the posts instead of finished wood. They came out and put two posts to solve the problem of sagging, which looks terrible. I'm very disappointed in the quality of workmanship, product and management of this company and do not recommend anyone to use Paradise Decks.
