NO REFUND FOR LIABILITY INSURANCE

As a Service vendor of Apartment's jobs, I bought General Aggregate Liability Insurance with Bob Skinner who work for Member Edge Insurance Service after making sure with him that one specific name of my customer have to be accepted this cover (additional Insure)

I paid deposit of $978.29 on 5/19/2009 but 2 weeks later Bob called and told me that the above customer was not accepted my Insurance, if I want it aproved, I should pay more.

I cancel it inside that month and later, I know that my deposit will nor refunable.

I did not feel fear and would like to report this incident.
