Clear Wireless Internet - Billing Problem

Clear Wireless Internet Clear Internet US Clear.com I have used Clear Internet for 2 months. They have my credit card number on file (as part of the initial agreement) & had agreed to automatically deduct the monthly payment. On 8/15/09 when I attempted to use the internet, their website appeared & simply flashed the message that they had not received my payment and my service was now "interrupted." The message also noted that I could pay on-line by entering my account password. Not remembering my password, I clicked the button "Don't remember your password?", whereupon the message came back, "Password sent to your email address." Obviously, I could not access my email as they had summarily SHUT DOWN my internet access. Since they had my credit card number, it was obvious that I had no desire to defer the payment. Instead of being reasonable & notifying me so I could make a payment, they just instantly cut off my internet, which I rely on for business email. This was a huge inconvenience & seems to make clear that "Clear" has no interest in basic courtesy or service.
