photos of "flat Roman shades" do not match your actual product AT ALL I spent $658 on two flat Roman shades from 3 Day Blinds (1-800-800-3329). They were installed yesterday, August 17th. The photos of flat Roman shades on the _www.3day.com_ (http://www.3day.com) website, and in your sales book, clearly and distinctly show folds, or at least faux folds, when the shade is down, not just one piece of material without any clear folds. Below is a photo of what you show in your sales book, and then photos of what was delivered. There are 3 dents in each shade, but they just look like a packing mistake, not a design. They certainly do not look like the folds in your sales photo. They are quite ugly. I would like them replaced with shades that look like actual Roman shades, such as the one you show in your sales book for flat Roman shades (see below). Or I need a HUGE price reduction, with money being refunded to me. At the time of installation, I told the installer that the product did not match what I had ordered. He just said to call the sales person, which I did. I left Corinne Mar a message and she came the next day to look at the shades. She tried to tell me that the photo and my shades did look similar, which is ABSURD. Here's the photo in the sales book, the one I used to make my purchase decision. Notice it is labeled "Flat Panel". But here is what I got instead. Dents, not folds. And way too widely spaced apart. Very ugly and nothing like that pictured in sales book or on website. I also purchased another product, a blind to cover my skylight, for $704.60, which took almost a month to arrive, instead of the two weeks as promised. I would not have purchased the shades from 3 Day Blind if I had been told it would take a month. (I had to wait until all 3 shades arrived before an installer would come out). I purchased these shades to help sell my home, and I was in a hurry so that prospective buyers would not be put off by the skylight over the bed or the ugly blinds in the office and laundry room. I was willing to wait 2 weeks, but not 4. I am not happy with 2 of the 3 shades or your two week delay. Please replace the ugly shades with shades that look like the Roman flat shades pictured in your sales book and website, or offer me a huge refund (at least $500) that will make the ugliness and delay in installation worth it. I am happy with the third product, a blind over the skylight, but it took two weeks longer than I was told, which may have stopped someone from purchasing my house. I would like at least $200 discount refunded to me for the huge time delay. That's a total of at least $700 refund. But I would prefer to actually get Roman shades that look like Roman shades, with the $200 refund for the time delay for the skylight blind. If I do not receive an adequate reply from you, in addition to the consumer watch groups, I will contact the Better Business Bureau.
