This company, who on their website, has a guarantee that they stand behind 100% and they do not sell faulty equipment. That is a lie. They sold us a leaking refrigerator..and 3 repair men later, determined it was faulty and warped and could not be replaced/fixed. Linda, a snotty lady that works there, said there are no refunds or exchanges. We said, that since you sold us a faulty fridge, that should be an exception..not to mention this is a hazard in our home with a puddle of water in the middle of our kitchen floor and 2 children and a newborn! Not to mention, our kitchen floor is going to have to be replaced due to the water damage now! She (love this!!) casually states, "that is not our problem!"..Oh, my dear, but it is, you sold us a leaking fridge! They told us to come out and pick out a new one, and we told them that since there wasn't another one on the floor like this one or comparable in our budget...we just want our money back! After much grief from them (mind you, they are making this OUR fault somehow!), my fiance went out there to pick something else out...ended up paying another 100.00 difference! They threw in free delivery (50.00). He then later that night realized that fridge is going to be too big and called them back. They then stated that they didn't make him pick that one, so, he can take it or come pick out another one, but, they are taking away the free delivery now! So, all in all, 350.00 is what we paid for the first fridge, then they wanted 100.00 more for another one and 50.00 for delivery..that has turned into a 500.00 fridge! In which, if we had wanted to spend that money in the first place, would have gone elsewhere and bought a new one! My fiance then goes up there..AGAIN..and tried to pick out a new one, only for them to call the cops on him for tresspassing! Needless to say, they now have 450.00 of ours and we still have a leaking fridge! They have completely taken advantage of hard working honest people! They are scammers and my guess is that they KNEW that this fridge was faulty and decided to sell it anyway..given their NO REFUND/RETURN policy..and tried to weasle MORE money out of us! I bet once they get this fridge back, they will put it RIGHT back on that showroom floor and sell to someone else...and the vicious circle continues! So, my advice..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!! People have had problems like this before I even knew about it! THey are complete scammers!

We did not sell a refrigerator to a Jennifer Ware; we did sell a refrigerator to her significant other Justin Cassel. They failed to tell you that Justin forced us to call the Grandview, MO. Police Department and he was almost arrested for his violent behavior over the phone and in our store. Out of the goodness of our heart, and the fact that he is clearly disturbed, we decided not to press charges but did have him removed. Justin is not allowed back in our store.


The General Electric refrigerator that Justin purchased is used. The guarantee that we provide states that "We will only cover all parts and labor required to maintain proper temperature. No refunds or exchanges." Justin received a copy of his receipt that clearly states this on the front page. Also we have very large, professionally made signs that hang in our showroom that states the same information to all customers.


Justin's refrigerator does not have any problems at all. Justin's refrigerator is cooling at the ideal and perfect temperature set by the manufacture. He does claim the refrigerator has leaked water. I have sent two of the best refrigerator technicians, with a combined experience of over forty years in the industry, to his dwelling, at no charge, at least three or four times, for a non-cooling related problem. Each trip resulted in a N.F.F. (no fault found).


In our effort to give complete customer satisfaction, we offered to exchange his refrigerator. But, because he purchased a used refrigerator, we are only able to give him a "like value exchange" or credit towards the purchase of another refrigerator, new or used. Justin decided to take the in store credit, and apply it towards the purchase of another used refrigerator that he had selected. This was done on 08/11/2009 and he chose to pay the difference. Notice the date, he is clearly out of his thirty day guarantee and we are still trying to make him happy and offer him a full in store credit and restart a new thirty day guarantee. The next day we received another irate/screaming phone call from Justin stating that the new refrigerator, that he selected the night before, will not fit in his space and he demanded a full refund. Because of his violent behavior over the telephone, we were forced to hang up the telephone on him and a girl named Jennifer who has also called us screaming and yelling. Justin then drove to our store, after entering the front door he started screaming and yelling again. We had other customers in our store at that time. He clearly scared them away and we lost sales because of his actions. He then jumped on top of our beautiful appliances, dented the tops and damaged my units that are for sale on our showroom floor. We discovered the damage after the police and Justin left. The photographs are really good of the damage that he caused. He never gave us the opportunity to assist him in locating another refrigerator that will fit in his space. We asked him many times to leave. When he refused we called the police to have him escorted off the premises. Justin advised us and the Grandview Police Officers, that he did not want the new refrigerator that he selected. It is still here in our store.


Because Justin did not pay us to deliver the original refrigerator that he purchased, and because he took the original refrigerator with him the same day he bought it on 06/24/2009, he would have been required to return the original refrigerator to us for the exchange. Again, in our effort to give complete customer satisfaction, we offered to deliver and drop off the new refrigerator FREE of charge. We did offer to deliver and install his new refrigerator for $49.95. He agreed to accept the free drop off delivery. Upon delivery we would have hauled the original refrigerator back to our store. There has been no manipulation or gouging here. He never gave us a chance to see if it would fit with our own eyes.


We did refund the $97.65 difference that he paid towards another refrigerator. We have bent over backwards to help Justin.


To ensure top quality products, all used refrigerators, that we sell, are powered on and ice cold for the customer's inspection. We monitor all used refrigerators with digital thermometers right up to the minute they are unplugged for delivery. Both refrigerators were powered on and ice cold when he made his selections. We did not have a water leaking issue while his original refrigerator was on our showroom floor for sale.
