Audio Images will change its contract on you

I bought a whole house audio video system (3500k) and got total JUNK. They changed about 60% of the contract on me without me knowing or signing off on. The Creston and Vantage lighting system never really worked right. Now they will not give me the programming codes----be careful don't use them
