Fedex strikes again....

Another Fedex complaint, what a surprise huh? I ordered a laptop from Apple on August 6th, and it was shipped on the 11th, because I used just basic ground shipping. The tracking site told me it would be here today by 4:30 p.m.(the 17th), well don't hold your breath. You see, it's stuck in some f***ing place in Memphis with a "Shipment Exception", whatever the hell that means, oh and they've removed the estimated delivery date, so who knows if I'll ever get it. It's sat in Memphis now for three days, last time I checked there was no severe weather out there; I personally think they f***ed up the package and there just not telling me, which is something else. No one will tell me ANYTHING at all about what the hell is going on. They simply said they'd call me(yeah right) when they had more information. How in the holy shit can they not know what's going on!! They are the ones shipping it after all! After the horror stories I've heard here, I doubt I'll recieve the package before school starts again. I might as well just cancel the order at the end of this week(if it doesn't show up) and just go to the f***ing Apple store in Knoxville and buy the computer. Fedex, I'm surprised you still have business, you better get your shit together before you go bankrupt!
