RELIANCE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES

Dear Mr. Ambani,

I am writing you to bring your notice towards the reality of your SERVICE COMMITMENT.

When you commit to provide quality service anytime, anywhere across the nation through a single phone call. You do promise to offer round-the-clock response with personalized

Service and a differentiated experience to satisfy customer interest and exceed customer delight.

I have Big TV connection�due to some technical problem it was not working. I called up Customer Care Center on 12- AUG-09, was given a Ref. No. (106743842) and told an Engineer will come and sort it out the problem.

I received a call from UMESH (Mr. Engineer) on 13-AUG-09, I was told he will come and sort it out the problem, he also asked me not to call the CUSTOMER CARE CENTER. I said fine.

Since nobody, came in, I had to call up again on 14-AUG-09 to know the status and the status was �QUERY CLOSED, ENGINEER VISITED� I wanted to escalate this to the CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER. Your reps neither allowed to transfer the call to the manager nor having any decision making rights to take action against the ENGINEER and SORT out the problem. After spending an hour, I was given one more Ref No (106897823) and also they put in the complaint against that Engineer (Ref No. 106897560).

Since Nobody, came in, I called up again today. I came to know that the QUERY CLOSED, ENGINEER VISITED.

Nobody called up me up to know whether the problem has been resolved or it still pertains.

I am still not able to use Big TV. BUT THE QUERY RESOLVED, SERVICE LEVEL MET.

WHAT A FALSE YOU, YOUR SERVICES AND YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE.

Mr. Ambani�����if you have ever tried to call your customer care center PERSONALLY AS A NORMAL CUSTOMER NOT AS A OWNER, WITHOUT USING YOUR SURNAME������.Believe me you will feel shame on your COMMITMENT your VISION and your MISSION STATEMENTS and stop committing to Customers.

In short, I just want, you to take this SHIT back to your TOILET and return my valuable money. BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY, YOUR SERVICES AND YOUR EMPLOYEES STINKS. And I do not have money to pay for this SHIT.
