I just cannot believe their product only last over a year. I did not get the extended insurance on the cam . I askthe camera stores all say it should last at least 4 years. I look after my property Only used the cam twice . got back from a trip an could not get my disc out of the cam. I purchased it at stables in oshawa centre in canada ont. they could not get the disc out so I had to send to canon . they got it out an want 300 to repair. I only paid 300 for the cam.If I got it repaired there was only a 3 month warenty on the repair job the camera is a lemon. very upset can you help me in anyway thankyou. can you direct me where I can get help
