BBB just deletes complaint without comment

BBB of Silicon Valley 1112 S. Bascom Ave. San Jose, CA 95128 US www.sanjose.bbb.org I filed a complaint against Apple Inc. The BBB just deleteted it without comment. They did send me an Email stating to follow a link. The link said: "This complaint has been removed from the system." Nothing else.
