Poor Cell Phone service

They disconnected my cell phone on 18 may 09 for no reason. By the time I got it reactivated they had changed the phone number."This was a business phone." I soon discovered that the phone was not recieving calls. Again about an hour on a phone with a "customer Rep" and I use the term loosley because most of them dont know and dont care. The phone number was changed again. The only response I got when I informed them that they had cost me untold amounts of business was "sorry for any inconvenience."

I would encourage anyone needing a prepaid cell phone to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This organization is nothing more than a ripoff that the feds refuse to persue.
