Martial arts handmade weapons. Aikiwood. WILMINGTON, No 28405 US www.aikiwood.com I purchased a wooden suburito, a martial arts training weapon, on 27/01/2009. I decided to go for it even after they warned me of a bigger timeline for delivery, which was 8-12, than what was stated on the site, 6-8 weeks. As the end of the given deadline approached, I contacted them about it and they told me they were having a hard time with weather and that the woods were not drying up, that I should wait another month or so, after the month came and went, I contacted again, this time the excuse was that while weather had improved, they were way behind schedule, that perhaps in two more months. Again we apolojize for any inconvenience. Thank you ----------------------- (the typos are not mine) Seeing such I decided to fill a dispute with the card company which they refused on the grounds that too much time had passed. On Aug 04th I received this message: ------------------------------ We are in the process of processing refunds now.......you will receive the refund within the next 7 days Thank you ------------- This was not before I told them I would be reporting their scam to the proper authorities. Needless to say, to this day there are no signs of such refund ever coming at all.
